Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

Order Shipment

How long will it take for my order to arrive?  Normal processing/shipping time is 7-14 business days. If you need items by a certain day, please email us to ensure we can get your order out by As Soon as possible www.thepositivegirlclothing@gmail.com.

Do you accept returns/exchanges? We do not Due to COVID-19 and our intent to ensure health and safety, we do not accept exchanges until further notice. All sales are final. If for some reason your item arrives damaged or the wrong item is shipped, we will cover the return shipping cost.

How long will it take for my order to arrive? Shipping is usually handled by USPS and items are most likely to be sent Priority or First Class Please allow 3-5 days (First Class) or 2-3 days (Priority) for your items to reach you once shipped. Note* USPS continues to experience some delays due to the pandemic. 

Cancellations & Refunds

All Sale are Finals No Refund If you Receive a Defective item we will replace it the same item same size. Contact Positive Girl& Company  within 7 day from purchase date.
